Horrible Horrible experience, I am a member of the--Dr. Adrian Celeste, needs to retrain herself and her staff administratively--Maui Medical Group and receive email, texts, and phone call update for upcoming appointments. I arrived at my appoint 5 minutes early, when I was informed by the clerk that my appointment is now cancelled because I missed the 10:30 check in. I never received a phone call, voicemail, email stating the procedures. I am also a new patient so you would think I would be treated with a little more tolerance, but NO! I checked my phone log and found no calls from this office, no email, no texts! NOTHING BUT BAD ATTITUDE aww too bad too sad. Never ever have I been treated with such disdain from these Maui Medical Group physicians who believe that just because they are the only ones on this island they can treat people in this matter. I am changing to Kaiser Permanente
