Derek has now installed 2 car stereos for me and I have been very pleased with the quality of the product and customer service both times. In addition, Derek is professional and personable. He doesn't sell you more than you need and makes a conscientious effort to keep labor costs to a minimum. I am thrilled with my newest purchase: an Alpine car stereo with Bluetooth capability. Went in to install sounds in my truck, got a good quality deal but wanted more bass. Took my truck back in and spoke with Derek who took my previously purchased sub and upgraded me.. all I had to pay the difference. I just bought a truck without a key fob then regretted it from the very first day I picked up the truck. Derek and his team installed a keyless entry system in no time flat, at a very reasonable price. I would almost bet that it may have cost less than a factory installed fob.
