Nancy is by far the most endearing person you'll meet. I was referred by a friend who saw Nancy for waxing. After my first visit with her, I instantly felt comfortable and at ease which is hard for me bc I've always been so modest when it came to getting a Brazilian done. Let's face it, we've all got hair, some more than others. Nancy will take her time with you until the jobs complete, no matter how busy she is for the day. Getting an appointment is simple, as she is so quick to respond via text. She'll work around your schedule and even stay late just to accommodate your needs. There are times when childcare falls through with my daughter which means having to bring her with me. Nancy will go out of her way to figure out a solution that is quick and convenient so that the wandering eyes of a four year old doesn't catch a glimpse of "downward dog." We haven't known eachother very long, but I adore the friendship we've built upon many laughs and a whole lotta wax. Who would've known I'd find an esthetician and therapist all in one. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my intimate needs. She's simply the best.
