The Wailuku Library may be smaller than the Kahului Branch, but its historic building makes up for that. They'll get you any book you need in the state's library system and an added bonus is the library's online services, which allows you do borrow e-books for free.Oh, and can I just utter some praise for its architecture. I love that style!
