Worst customer service. They act like we are disturbing them. So slow. The girl in the front said I can come back another day to pick up my card. I'm just picking it up. They treat you like you are below them. Just because you work for the state doesn't mean you are better than anyone else. Rude as hell front desk!
It's impossible to contact their offices and when did the Government/State stop caring about feeding and helping people in need?
I can't rate this good because I haven't received a reply and I've been calling for days. I did turn in an application on the 7th of this month and got a letter a couple of days ago saying I missed my appointment on the 8th. I don't understand this at all because I was never notified of this when I turned the application in and never got a phone call until last week Wednesday. Now, every time I call and leave a message, I get no return call. It's making me wonder if everyone went on vacation at the same time.
