An illegal business that pays off County and State workers. Unpermitted commercial use in a residential property, endangering the lives of people in the neighborhood, allowing drunk driving, illegal grading and construction permits issued. Too much to go on, everything about this place is illegal, but the State and County allows it because they want the kickbacks.
