Excellent sashimi omakase. Many of the chefs fishes are imported from Japan.
The sushi rice is so delicious and the fish is so fresh! My favorite is the seared ahi garlic roll, the best! The restaurant is roomy and very clean. I even love the ginger, so 'Ono! My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Delicious sushi and a relaxed and laid back environment. The hostess/waitress and sushi chef greet everyone who walks through the door and are super friendly. Plus, you can bring your own beer! I recommend this place for sushi!
M Sushi is one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever eaten at. We ended up going two days in a row, and chef Martin was friendly and accommodating. Sitting at the bar was a great experience. The portions are generously sized, and very well priced. This is definitely a place we will be revisiting in future trips to Maui!
In an odd location, but worth the trek. Fresh homemade ginger, wasabi and pickled cabbage. Delicious, fresh and awesome service!
