Ive never encountered a more professional, beautiful and heart centered clinic. Dr. Kot & the entire staff are the most cheerful, patient and apt peoples Ive had the honor of meeting. I was impressed beyond comprehension with how they approached and cared for the condition of my rescue kitten, and me.
I've helped my grandma with her pets and she uses this vets office so I've gone there on different visits. The cost for pet care here is very expensive and Dr. Kot is just an ok doctor. I find that he doesn't explain things very well or simply enough for us to understand. One thing that I really like is going to a place where I see familiar faces in the staff. There seems to be new faces there each time I go with my grandma. Looks like they can't keep staff members there. My grandma is now going to take her pets to my vet, Southshore Veterinary clinic.
My family and I have been with Dr. Kot for over 15 years now and we haven't regretted a day. The staff is always friendly and he makes sure to answer any questions or concerns you have. Honestly, any vet you go to will be expensive. They're doctors, human doctors are more expensive. If money is an issue for you, don't get a pet. My dog has allergies and Dr. Kot was the first one to recommend the cheapest method of treatment. The Maui Veterinary Clinic is the best thing you can do for your pet and yourself.
