Usually no line to check in. Not long wait during week. Sundays are bad usually for wait time. ....Nice staff and nurses. ..usually!!!
Just awful. This is the last year I will tolerate Kaiser, and the urgent care is even worse
Incredibly slow, cripplingly inefficient, I waited here for close to four hours for a blood test, and only spent about 10 minutes with an actual doctor. Don't come here.
Every time we go to Kaiser, the staff were always friendly and helpful. Even if you have to wait a bit sometimes...that's better then being quick and giving bad service.
So hard to get an appointment. Also pretty dumb being closed on Columbus Day.
