I ask, how can one department of KP give me a quote, confirm that quote with a receptionist in a different department, then 6 weeks later send a bill for a third deductible due when the third charge was never mentioned at the time of service, nor ever mentioned during my “Know Before you Go” lengthy conversation?

Terrible experience. Got quoted for my elective procedure BEFORE scheduling appt. Was overcharged by 50% AFTER procedure. Quoted lower price was CONFIRMED by the receptionist at the time of service but not honored. Now it is 11 weeks later and they are still insisting on being paid the higher price and also have added a THIRD bill that was never mentioned prior to the procedure, nor at the time of service.

I just had such an AMAZING experience here at the Kaiser clinic in wailuku. Starting from the front desk with a nice man named Justin, who was very helpful, to meeting with Dr. Nancy Rogers. She kept a very calm and comfortable environment for me. Not only did she answer ALL of my questions, she also went out of her way to explain my situation. I went in nervous and full of anxiety. Shad me leaving with my mind at ease and with more knowledge about things and my body. Keola at the lab was very sweet and helpful as well! To top it off, the nice gentlemen outside at the little food cafe outside was awesome as well! ♡ definitely one of the best experiences at the doctors I've had soo far

I actually filed a complaint with BBB which KP responded with an official letter that they would 'waive' the overcharge 'within 6-8 weeks'. It has been over 11 weeks and they keep billing me. The grievance department, whom sent the official letter, cannot be reached by myself or any of their own KP employees.

Loriel Luckie is the worst nurse practitioner ever!!!! She always says everything looks fine then she calls back with bad news that just turns out to be false in the long run. It’s all a big scam to make you keep going into kaiser to make you pay your copay then they make you do other tests that your medical doesn’t even cover!!!! But in the long run nothings really wrong with you!!! Both her and Kaiser is a big joke!!!!!

Official documents from KP ask their members to “Know Before you Go” and “Get a Cost Estimate” before scheduling your appt. I did this as requested as I was planning an ELECTIVE procedure.
