My rating is 0. I called to make an appointment and a woman with a bitter attitude answered the phone. Although I was very cordial she didn't even bother to answer my greeting. She went straight to ask me "who are you?" "whats your name?" "what is your insurance?" All in the same breath! Her attitude was like if she was making me a favor or she was bothered by the call. Sooo rude!!
I thought how can it be that the receptionist in a Counseling office is allowed to have such poor manners but to my dismay I learned "Mrs Bitter Attitude" was Susan Frieder herself!! OMG! I immediately told her that this wasn't a good start and thought that she hasn't been very amicable to which she responded that if I didn't like it I should call some one else, YES, PLEASE! I said. And that was that. Beware of the so called psychologist Susan Frieder! She might bite! hahaha
