I had seen these guys working on another car recently and I couldn’t believe that anyone could do such a great job cleaning, drying etc under a blazing hot sun!
Chris and Will did an amazing job of transforming my husbands 2011 Honda Fit into a bright, clean and shining car. They went above and beyond duty in cleaning up this car. The car sat for several months unused and was very neglected. Chris and Will were very professional and worked diligently the entire time they were here and cleaned up after themselves.
I’ve used American dream before and I thought they did a great job, and they had great service. Now I am getting ready to sell my SUV I called on them again. They came to my house on Friday, and started the full detail I ordered. Unfortunately it started pooring rain so the guy had to stop. He told me he’d come back on Saturday or Sunday depending on weather I didn’t hear from him all weekend(it didn’t rain either day). I texted him on Monday morning to see if he was going to finish. He said he’d be there and finish that afternoon. I didn’t hear from him until dark. when I called the office I Share my experience, there wasn’t really an apology or any effort to correct the issue. They clearly have great reviews on here and Facebook and I believe they have a great business model, the fact they come to you is very convenient. It’s unfortunate I had a bad experience.
I have never been more pleased with a business. The young men who came to our home and detailed the car were such hard workers, nice and respectful and they stayed as long as they needed to get the job done. Price was more than fair and my 2010 Camary looks brand new inside and out. Fabulous.
I decided to try using them myself, so when my Tesla needed to be detailed I called and made an appointment; and I was not disappointed! A fellow named Will came out to my place and worked on the car (which is my pride and joy) for several hours under the late morning Kihei sun. When he was done, it was like mint new -- inside meticulously pristine and outside -- spotless.
And Will was sweaty and smiling and proud of his workmanship! This place is a keeper! I highly recommend.
