After some scheduling problems they did a fantastic job on the car. The amount of time quoted was way off and it was frustrating to be told that it would be ready at a certain time, then at another time, and then show up only to have it not ready. Having a baby made that more frustrating than usual because naps are essential and everything pretty much revolves around that so when I'm expecting to get her home by a certain time and at 3pm we are waiting for a car that was supposed to be done at noon.. Yeah
I have two boys 3 and 6 and my car was destroyed. I thought it was beyond help. I took it in and the staff was friendly an very knowledgable. When I came to get my car I almost walked right past it, I thought there was no way that was my vehicle, Wow! I walked away with a car that looked like I had driven it right off the lot brand new. Such an amazing job, highly recommend Auto Spa Maui.
One of their "detailers" came to my house recently. The job was rushed and my entire front window was left covered with hard water spots. The manager at the shop promised that he or the original detailer would come to the house today to fix this issue. Waited, waited. No one showed up. This is a scam business. The owners sold (no Kihei location anymore) to someone who has no idea of how to run a reputable business on Maui. Complaint will be filed with BBB.
I kept passing Auto Spa on Lower main and finally called and made an appointment with Max Blair and he was very accommodating with times. Took it in today and Dylan did a great job on my Tundra........I surely be back and will recommend Auto Spa Maui to all my friends......
