Teri Edmonds is a remarkable, passionate, stylish woman with a great attitude and wonderful service. She is the one place my podiatrist recommends for comfy, supportive Oofos sandals. I'm proud to support her. She goes out of her way to help people, maybe too much (See: self-entitled whiners above).
Any business owner that responds to multiple complaints of the same nature in the way below is not a business I want to support. There was no refund issued, and the owners account of the situation is completely false. I strongly warn anyone of giving this place business in the future if, unlike me, you have the foresight to check the feedback before you go.
I love this place! I've been having my shoes repaired here for years. It takes from one to three weeks depending on how busy they are with other repairs. Both Teri and Sam are super nice and treat me like a real customer! They're very upfront about what it will cost so you can then decide if it is worth it to you or not. I've decided against some repairs but have definitely had them go ahead with others on some beloved shoes. I also take in my new shoes for taps and nonskid pads on the soles and heals so my new shoes last longer. They have custom sandals now where you can design the color and heel size. I noticed they have cute baby shoes and cool leather purses now too. Great service from great people!
A business owner that encourages customers to call out her other paying customers with full names on a site is frightening.
Would not go there again.
Excellent service and reasonable prices. Don't let one bad review fool you, these ladies know how to repair boots. My 8 year old Red Wings are now as good as new because of them. I'll definitely be a repeat customer for repair of my Danners & Red Wings.

First, Lee Chamberlain and Sara Bohnsale are coddled, whining idiots (like a lot of Millenials, ugh! "Let's rate everything one star if our ridiculous demands aren't met!" Grow up! ).
