Awful experience- shouldn't be in business ! Unprofessional and incompetent. They completely wasted half of my day- had an appointment and they refused to detail my car, because Lorelei didn't like my questioning a very high add-on price for water-spot removal on the windows. She wasn't even able to explain what was so special about waterspot treatment for the windows that made it such an expensive add-on.
Had to go to another detailer, who did a great job including waterspot removal on the windows and it was all included in the similar and comparably priced base package.
These folks took my blah looking faded 1985 Corvette and made it look better than the day it was delivered. I was considering getting rid of it and selling it, not now! It's the best looking "Maui Cruiser" on the island. They stayed in touch with me and explained every step of the detailing process. They delivered exactly what was agreed upon when I took my car in, stayed within the estimate given and even delivered the car to me in Kihei when I had transport problems getting back to pick up my baby.
I will use them again and recommend them without reservation to anyone needing a top notch detail.
Instead she kept repeating again and again that they're the "experts" and that's why people come to them, so they don't have to do it themselves at home- DUH!. When I requested they do everything else but the windows, she just got all righteous and offended and refused to work on my car entirely.
The engine detailing is superb after they worked their magic it all looks new, wish I could drive it around with the hood up to show it off.
All the while telling me that she doesn't take it personally (really?!) Stay away from this company- no pono !
